Tap Dancer Popcorn
A current non-grant project that we began in 2005, cross-breeding open pollinated and F-1 hybrids to create an open-pollinated multi-colored popcorn. We have been working with High Mowing Seeds, who sells only certified organic seed. As we move forward in this trend, the 2021 Organic Trade Industry Survey states that US organic food sales jumped 12.4 percent to $61.9 billion. High Mowing Seeds plan to release our “Tap Dancer” popcorn in 2022.
